I have used Swot analysis and Kotters 8 change model those theories are relevant to my companies analysis SWOT- has be very useful in finding out companies Present situation. To produce new information to help and take advantage of an organisation 's strengths and Weakness against threats and to be aware of companies political and environmental threats as well. This can help you to gain insight into the past and think of possible solutions to the existing or possible problems. And Kotters 8 change has also been very useful to build up my company stability in Cries time because it very easy to implement and suits for team work as in my organisation we are following the concept of team work. This Model gives me a chance to make the best use of all the resources available in the chosen organisation. This type of usage is very helpful for any organisation while managing change same time this model reduces the scope of uncertainty which usually a big challenge for any business while coping up with change.

The basic limitation of swot analysis is its simplicity and there is no particular definition available for its elements like strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats.Same time it doesn’t provides any clarity among its elements, this leads to an ambiguity to users while considering factors. And swot analysis directly doesn’t provide any strategic planning implementations. The main limitation enclosed with Kotter’s 8-step change model is its order of steps and extended number of steps. If any step in that order is skipped then the entire change procedure leads to failure. Kotter’s 8-step change model demands a lengthy amount of time for implementation which is not always
