Purpose
This role aligns with a specific business unit to drive information technology initiatives that will increase economic profit, achieve strategic goals, and create customer satisfaction by automating manual processes; ensuring stable, robust systems, supporting business efficiency, and identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation.

Responsibilities

Using Agile techniques, the Business Analyst:
** Prioritizes epic back log
** Decomposes user stories
** Models business processes
** Models systems
** Completes user stories
** Facilitates and executes user acceptance testing
** Supports iteration plans, retrospectives, and product demonstrations
** Provides production support
** Ensures system security
** Manages minor maintenance of production environment
** Provides consulting services
