Demand Analysis A total of 12 respondents (Bakeries and Pastry Shops) took part in the survey conducted by the proponents of the project. After gathering and recording all the data needed, it shows that 42% of the respondents order sacks of flour daily and 50% weekly. With regards to the consumed sacks of flour per delivery, 17% consumes 2 sacks of flour and another 17% on 3 sacks. 58% consumes 4 sacks and only 8% consumes more than 5 sacks. 83% of the total sample size experience running out of stocks of flour. On the 83%, 30% of which experience it once a week and 70%, twice a month. If there were asked if they are willing to try another kind of flour especially banana flour, 83% of the total respondents answered yes.

    The supply and demand simulation is based on the management of rental apartments by GoodLife Management in the fictional town of Atlantis. Atlantis is a small city with open spaces, low population, and a low crime rate. There are plenty of sidewalks and street systems for easy access to the highway. We received the expertise of Hal Morgan and Susan Hearst from Good Life Property Management to determine rental prices and how to balance out the supply and demand.
