The family and the detainee have informed us that Mr. Lozada would like to be send back to Ecuador as soon as possible. They also mentioned that a judge gave him an order of deportation in 2013. The mother said that she hand in his passport to the immigration offices in New York in charge of his case, however they want to make sure that immigration has his passport.
