ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of class advisors in the performance of their job in PAREF Springdale School. The researcher decided to conduct this experiment because many of the class advisors in PAREF Springdale are known to be hated because of their strict rules in class. Many different students have particular likes and dislikes in a class advisor. Some advisors are strict while some tend to be more lenient. The researcher made a questionnaire about the student’s perception on the effectiveness of class advisors. The researcher then distributed the questionnaires to all the high school students.
