Q:Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Smoking should not be permitted in restaurants, and state law that prohibit it should be upheld. Used specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
I fully agree with the statement that smoking is the biggest problem at international level and, It has become a major cause of health diseases like lungs cancer, COPD, asthma and other upper respiratory diseases. In my opinion, government should not only make new rules and regulation to root out this problem in the restaurants but also maintain prevailing law to prohibit it everywhere on the earth.
When someone do smoke ,government should give him corporal punishment in front of public, so that no one can dare to do it again. Moreover from this, anti drug campaigns and seminars should be started at a fast pace where youngsters and kids should be involved to eliminate this stigma from the society. As a result, they can know the side effect of smoking and they would be able to provide healthy atmosphere on the planet.
Along with, government must make some law for the people who use cigarette frequently. For example, their property should be snatched by the government if they do not control their smoking habits or government must take heavy fines to punish them.
Furthermore, anti drug subject should be compulsory in the schools. As a result, students will be aware from its disasters repercussions and there will be new world of healthy generation.
I strongly recommend that the owner of companies that manufacture drugs have to sentence into death, should be included in anti drug law strategies because it's against the law of nature and there is no right for someone to spoil the future of others on humanitarian ground.
Last but not least, all the holy books of the world teach us how precious is human being's existence on the earth so it should be safe from any kind of addiction to get salvation because no other animal can go on this

As we all know smoking causes death, it causes death more than HIV, illegal drug use, alcohol use, motor vehicle injuries, suicides, and murders combined. It causes lung cancer deaths in men and women. 90% of men and 80% of women die from lung cancer each year that percentage is way too high. Something needs to be done about cigarette smoking as soon as possible. The world allows cigarette smoking to continue on, they try to ban it in certain areas but allow it to be done in other areas. For example at many colleges they do not allow you to smoke on the premises of the school grounds, but they will allow you to smoke as long as you are in your car with the windows rolled up. That makes no sense at all, you are still smoking on school grounds and nobody ever abides the rules anyways. They will smoke in their cars but with the windows down, or they will just smoke on school grounds. The same goes for work buildings, big businesses, high schools, and etc. Cigarette smoking needs to be banned!…

Tobacco smoke can be offensive to a majority of restaurant customers; does that mean smoking should be outlawed in all eating establishments? The principle of liberty would say the smoker has the right to smoke but conversely the non smoker customer has the right to dine and not be overwhelmed by tobacco smoke. Instead of outlawing smoking in all restaurants allow the free market to settle the debate. The spots bar owner who desires to attract a large number of customers can offer a nonsmoking dining area and another section for smokers. The second dining area room would be separated and could include a strong ventilation system pulling the tobacco smoke out. Next door the owner of another sports bar can choose to make it a nonsmoking establishment. Each business owner accepts the effects of their choice realizing either way some potential customers won’t feel welcomed.…

A drug is any substance that alters the normal biological functions of the body. Production of Illegal drugs is normally prohibited and their use is strictly controlled because they can lead to addiction or habituation. Drugs such as heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, and marijuana can be extremely dangerous if wrongly used and beneficial if put into correct use. The issue of drug use and misuse has posed a serious real problem. Prohibition of drug use has been at the center of discussion in various countries across the globe. Since this drugs are now on the hands of the nastiest criminals all over the world, control and regulations are necessary. The only remedy to this menace is full legalization accompanied by appropriate controls. I fully support the motion that drugs should be legalized since prohibition will deny the authorities the chance to educate the children on proper use of the drugs (Gargaro).…
