Nature of business:

SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad provides integrated oil and gas services and solutions. The company engages in the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) of offshore and onshore production facilities, modules, and process skid systems; EPCC of subsea and floating systems; construction, conversion, and refurbishment of marine vessels, rigs, and barges; and other fabrication activities. It is also involved in the installation of offshore platforms, marine pipelines, and facilities, such as deepwater projects and heavy structures; subsea, umbilicals, risers, and flowlines; and de-commissioning and removal of production facilities, as well as offers hook-up and commissioning services. In addition, the company provides marines services comprising subsea services, offshore diving and underwater related services, such as remotely operated vehicles; specialized geotechnical and geophysical services; offshore facilities maintenance services; and offshore support vessels. Additionally, the company supplies, installs, commissions, and maintains point of sale systems for petrol stations, as well as offshore communication systems; and provides asset management services for offshore installations.
