SAVORY CRABS GARLIC

SERVES 4 PREPARATION TIME 10 MINUTES COOKING TIME 20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. Fresh crabs
1 tsp. olive oil
¼ cup minced garlic
½ tsp. pepper
1-cup water
¼ cup chopped celery

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash and clean the crabs then place in a bowl.
2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat then pour olive oil into it.
3. Stir in minced garlic then sauté until aromatic.
4. Add fresh crabs to the skillet then pour water over the crabs. Bring to boil.
5. Once it is boiled, remove from heat then transfer to a serving dish.
6. Sprinkle pepper and chopped celery on top then serve.
7. Enjoy.

3 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ cup chopped tomato
6 shallots
5 cloves garlic
1-½ tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. ginger
2-inches galangal
2 bay leaves
3 candlenuts
3 kaffir lime leaves
½ cup red chillies
3 cups basil
2 quarts water

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place shallots, garlic, turmeric, ginger, candlenuts, and red chillies in a food processor. Process until smooth.
2. Transfer the spice mixture to a pot then add chopped beef ribs to the pot.
3. Add bay leaves, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves to the pot then pour water into it. Bring to boil.
4. Once it is boiled, reduce the heat then cook until the water has reduced into half.
5. Add tomato and basil to the pot then stir well.
6. Transfer the spicy beef ribs to a serving dish then serve.
7. Enjoy.

Preheat an oven to 350°F then line a baking sheet with aluminium foil.
2. Splash the tuna with olive oil then place on the prepared baking pan.
3. Bake the tuna for about 10 minutes or until tender and lightly brown.
4. Remove the tuna from the oven then place on a serving dish.
5. Next, peel the avocado then discard the seeds.
6. Cut the avocado into cubes then combine with chopped onion.
7. Drizzle lemon juice over the salsa then toss to combine.
8. Place the salsa over the baked tuna then serve.
9. Enjoy.
