Why are some people just thinking with their money and not with theirs heart? How could you throw your batteries, glass bottles, chemicals in the nature and think that they will disappear without consequences. I see it every day, do not you? We have to save the earth before it's too late.
First of all take care of the nature is a good thing for everyone. Everyone wants to have a good life, how could you want it if you not taking care of the world you should live your life in? The big problem are that it cost more money to help the earth to stay healthy than it cost's to break it down. Everything cost money these days and we have too chose where we will spend them.
Secondly why are not the politics changing their minds and sets up some really strong laws that strongly forbidden things that are bad for the earth.
There are a lot of things that affect our planet in a bad way but the good news is that everyone can help to reduce them and do their bit for the environment.
Our waste reduction and recycling activities can make a difference.
Thirdly all of us can help to get a better world.
If you have tons of clothes or things you want to get rid of. If they are still usable, give them to someone who needs them. You may also choose to give them to associations. These associations may sell them and collect a little money. Not only will you protect the environment, but you will also contribute to a good cause.
Driving a car is the most air polluting act an average citizen commits. Air pollution is not a good idea for a variety of reasons.
Cycling instead of driving is another great way of conserving the Earth.
It not only provides us exercise but helps to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, which is a type of greenhouse gas that contributes to global warming.

The environment offers essential resources, like nutrients that are recycled to keep soil fertile, biological services, such as providing the global pollination of crops that we depend on for food, and natural improvements for our quality of life, such as controlling the chemistry of the atmosphere. These resources are vital to the survival of the human race, and are often taken for granted. Humans are constantly using these products and amenities to assist in their lives and consequently creating wastes that are put back into their surroundings. All people have the potential to impact the environment, both positively and negatively, directly affecting their resources available to them and the quality of life for themselves and all people on…

The creation of gender has contributed to inequality in American society in many ways. The beginning of this inequality began with Hall. Hall was an intersex human being, born with both male and female parts. Hall was brought forth into the General Court of Virginia because Hall dressed as both men and women when beneficial and “people were confused about Hall's sexual identity” (Kerber 35). In order to find out what Hall's identity was, three women; Alice, Dorothy, and Barbara looked over Hall's body. All three of the women decided that Hall was a woman. In the disagreement over Hall's identity, the owner who was a male named John Tyos, declared he was a male. Now starting from an early time period it showed that even though three women examined…

"Save the Planet," "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle," "Go Green." Quotes like these have become a commonality in today's age. We all are familiar with the large efforts to help preserve the environment. In "Ideals of Human Excellence and Preserving Natural Environments," Thomas E. Hill Jr. sums up his essay by stating, "The point is not to insinuate that all anti-environmentalists are defective, but to see that those who value such traits as humility, gratitude, and sensitivity to others have reason to promote the love of nature" (688; par. 4) This excerpt provides the thesis behind Hill's argument. The author found that it is difficult to make a convincing argument to show that destroying the natural environment is immoral, so he raised a different question that aims towards the person who commits the act and not the act itself. He wanted to explore what committing these acts revealed about a person's character (682; par. 3). In response to Hill's dissertation, I came to an unexpected conclusion. While I normally feel that arguments such as this are frivolous and a waste of time, Hill's argument got me thinking in a different way. In the beginning, I was on the opposing end of his critique. However, throughout the reading, there was a gradual shift in my thinking that led me towards Hill's viewpoint. By the end of the essay, I found that I agreed with the author. Several key points in the reading support and give merit to his thesis. These claims provide a basis to my reasons for supporting Hill's argument.…

There is one Earth. All people who live on it have to share it, not only with those living today, but with those in centuries to come. What is done today will manifest itself tomorrow, affecting someone, somewhere. Many don’t think about their actions because what they do might not affect them in their own lifetime. As Pope Francis said, “We received this world as an inheritance from past generations, but also as a loan from future generations, to whom we will have to return it!” It is easy to harm the environment because many are ignorant of the consequences of their actions, which have become very routine. Changes in the individual mindset can put into motion a chain reaction. One person can influence many others, and one small change can make a big difference. There have been many figures throughout history that have been great examples of how important it is to respond to the call the Pope has made for environmental action and protection. Some influential activists have been Julia Hill and Wangari Maathai, both being very inspiring through their actions. People should heed…

A multitude of things can go, and will go, terribly wrong if we keep going in the same direction that we are. Natural disasters, loss of eco life, and overall a very annoying and preventable occurence is what we'll get if we don't get it together. As much as it's way more appealing to just forget about it, our children and anybody else who lives in the future will have to deal with the unnessecary problems that we started. It is this specific generation who contrubuted most to pollution, so we should do everything in our power to not go down in history as the era of people who destroyed our…

The most significant effect that people have on the environment is the power to choose to pollute it. Ever wonder about all the ways we pollute the world everyday? Also, because of our trash millions of innocent animals are dying each year from consuming or getting stuck in garbage. Plus all of the pollute we make is causing global warming. First, we have global warming, which is a problem that must be solved as soon as possible. Some ignorant people think that it won’t happen but we are actually living this situation right now, every single day. According to some NASA studies, since 1950, the average temperature has climbed 1.4Fahrenheit degrees around the world. As a consequence of this fact, an Arctic ice area, which was bigger than the United States, has melted this year! Another evidence of global warning is that the frequency and number of hurricanes and earthquakes around the world has increased the last years. The irony of all this is that even though we do realize what is happening; even though we know that we are destroying our planet, we are still polluting, wasting and damaging.…

If we as humans use up and pollute our Earth and its resources, we will be taking away from not only us, but all the plants and animals that live here as well. If the resources we use and pollute and don’t replenish affect the habitats that animals and plants belong to, it could alter an entire ecosystem. Changes in an ecosystem could lead to some plants and animals dying off. Other organisms, or even us, could benefit from said plants and animals. It would also decrease biodiversity. Biodiversity is necessary for a healthy ecosystem. In fact, a…

1. CHANGE YOUR LIGHT If every household in the United State replaced one regular light bulb with one of those new compact fluorescent bulbs, the pollution reduction would be equivalent to removing one million cars from the road. TURN OFF COMPUTERS AT NIGHT By turning off your computer instead of leaving it in sleep mode, you can save 40 watthours per day. That adds up to 4 cents a day, or $14 per year. If you don't want to wait for your computer to start up, set it to turn on automatically a few minutes before you get to work. 3.
