Thank you Miss Chairperson for inviting me to the stage
Good morning to all judges, time keeper, teachers, fellow contestants and audiences. I would grab this honour today to tell about Saving Our Environment. Before I begin, I would like to thank to Allah the Almighty who has given us mercy and blessing so we can meet together in this blessing place.
Saving our environment. How many of us do care about environment? How many trashes did you see around the road in the drain? How is the drain? You cannot see the flow of the water in the drain just because of the trash or rubbish. We all have the answer.
Ladies and gentlemen
Pour government has promoted the awareness about saving our environment, TV campaigns, posters, booklets, newspaper or even through the internet. How is our environment? Unchanged. The mother earth is suffering now.
I believe each and everyone of you including me here in this hall are aware of this issue. Majority of us has done this. An issue of ‘throwing rubbish out of the car window while driving’. Not a pleasant topic to talk but for the sake of our environment, I have to talk about this.

Millions of Malaysian own at least one car. Can you imagine the volume of rubbish would be on the road if all car users in Malaysia throw a trash out of their car windows? Can we use the road? No. I’m sure we are not.
Days, weeks, months and even years the problem persists. The road maintenance workers keep collecting those trash, but for how long?
Ladies and gentlemen
Simple habit by certain group of road users that may affect us as a whole. We have to change. We are the agent of change.
The next question is how to tackle this bad habit? Malaysian mentality is very simple. They get summons, they can pay. So what do you think? How to educate them? Our attitude must change. But how to change it? We can paste stickers ‘Do Not Throw Rubbish Out of the Car’ at the car windows. If we really
