Title: Say NO To Racism
Topic: People must learn to avoid racism and correct those who don 't
Thesis: No matter how much we think we 've evolved as humans, racism holds us back
Intro: I.Attention Gaining Strategy: how many of you have witnessed or been a victim of racism? II.¼ high-schoolers are racially abused every year III. No matter how much we think we 've evolved as humans, racism holds us back
IV. My main points are why racism is wrong, why people move here, and how it isn 't fair
Transition to body: racism is something we need to get rid of
Body I.There is no room for racism
a. Racism is unprofessional it makes you look uneducated
b. No race is superior, anyone can be successful
Transition: People migrate to this country for better life, not hatred
II.Different races
a. Hispanics leave everything to help their families
b. Africans leave poverty and sometimes civil war
c. Asians have migrated for centuries for work Transition: race is not something you can change
III. You don 't choose your race a. people should be treated equally
b. racism can really hurt people
transition to conclusion: we need to try to avoid racism
conclusion: I.There is no room for racism, there are so many different races, and you don 't choose race We need to all accept and love each other for who we are, and take a step forward into a better future.
