To create opportunity for all through education, training and personal development.
It can be difficult for a high school graduate to find employment because of their lack of experience and training, this is magnetized when the student becomes a dropout. A large percentage of high school dropouts are doomed to a life of failure, because they are not equip with the basic tools to gain gainful or any other form of employment. This dark reality can be altered and changed through hard work and a commitment to success. Our organization will teach, train and prepare these dropouts for the opportunities available and a future filled with hope and light.

We will achieve this goal through departmentalization by program. This structure fits well with our mission and goals, as it allows the staff to focus on their area of expertise, therefore providing quality service to the clients we serve. The majority of their time will be spent with the dropouts imparting their knowledge, providing much needed guidance and training them for the road ahead. They will not only give group sessions, but one on one attention will be given to those who need it, to ensure the success of the client and the program. Through hiring, training of staff, recruiting, job analysis, and policies for this particular program (Kettner, 2001) our organization will create a personnel profile. The vacant positions to be filled includes a coordinator, administrators, training supervisors, trainers, and support staff. The staff will maintain the organizational structure through the director’s management and coordinate with
