Resources required to learn a new language, depends heavily on the ability of an individual and the availability of resources at their disposal. One can spend from somewhere thousands of dollars to enroll into a series of classes to improve their foreign language skill, or one can use free Android or iOS application to train their skills daily, etc. Thus, I believe, that this idea can be implemented on a small scale, as it is an individual effort. While, on a local level it may help to increase the local store revenue, as students may invest in new books to improve their communication skills. A student can always enroll in global level classes that are tutored online by native speakers, but I would consider them as outliers in our analysis. Reason is that, most students will not very likely invest in such an option, and will opt for resources which are available locally, as not only it is cheap, but provides a level of obligation to follow a set of rules, that will help them to follow their curriculum effectively and diligently. Budget heavily relies on what kind of resource an individual decides to obtain, as it can range from a simple book to a whole package of learning resources, getting assistance from third party tutors, …show more content…
Since, we do agree on the fact that any new student who cannot communicate in an effective manner in their any given new environment, they do face challenges as not everyone can understand them and are very often overlooked. Therefore, I believe that the idea underpins a very serious challenge, as communication is one of the biggest hurdle for new students in any western culture, may that be Australia, Canada, USA, etc. If an individual is not able to communicate their ideas effectively, then no matter how well an idea they have, it will be extremely challenging for him/her to obtain resources, investment, etc. to implement that idea. Not only that, lack of confidence also hampers one performance and their ability to mingle well in the society. Here we are talking about English as a foreign language, but let’s consider a student moving to countries such as Germany, that attracts a huge number of engineers as engineering universities are very cheap there, as education itself is considered to be a free asset there, but the only huge hurdle is learning German language. But if an individual, can master the discipline to learn a moderately challenging language, such as English, then they will be able to put in the effort to learn much harder
