Intervention: Using a combination of cognitive and behavioral therapy to address medication nonadherence in schizophrenic patients.
Comparison: Management of medication using psychoeducation.
Outcome: When combination (cognitive and behavioral) therapy is used, adult schizophrenic patients’ have better outcome (medication adherence, quality of life and reduced rate of rehospitalization).
Time: Six months.
