Vote of Thanks for a School Annual Function
Hon’ble Chief Guest ...........................Guest of honour ................, Revered Principal sir, invited dignitaries, learned teachers and dear audience, Good evening to all of you. Being the head girl of this school, I deem it a great honour and privilege to propose vote of thanks on this auspicious occasion.
First of all, I would like to convey my sincere thanks to the honourable Chief Guest , No programme of the school can be whole-some or complete without having the presence and inspiring words of our ............ On behalf of the entire institution, I thank you sir, from the bottom of my heart;
Here, I would like to express our heart-felt gratitude to the Guest of Honour of today, …………………………………… . Sir, your eminent presence has indeed made this event a memorable one and we unitedly thank you for your concern over the school and the gracious presence.
I am also very thankful to all our ............. heads for their remarkable presence and constant motivation. I would indeed be failing in my duty if I do not express our gratitude to all the heads and office bearers for their whole-hearted support to make this programme a successful one.
We are also thankful to .............................................. for their sincere assistance.
An event like this cannot take place overnight. The wheels start rolling weeks ago. We have been fortunate enough to be backed by a wonderful group of teachers who guided us and above all our heart-felt thanks goes to our Principal for guiding us to make this event a great success.
Last, but not the least, we thank you all our dear audience, on behalf of the Principal, and entire teaching and non-teaching faculty along with the school kids for cheering us.
Now, I would like to request everyone present here to stand up for the National Anthem.
