Sci Fi Report

………It was the year 2065 and it was the final day in which people at my college are chosen to see who will be able to take a exploration to the planet Mars. In order to be able to make the final drawing day every student who earned a 4.0 GPA or higher, and were also enrolled in some sort of science major. Taking a trip to Mars this day in age doesn’t have any sort of risks and is 100% guaranteed you will return home safely considering not many people have been to the planet Mars. The new technology that the spaceship brings also with new spacesuits so that the explorers are able to explore for up to an hour at a time without having to change the suit. The suit will be made of a spandex type material which can rip easily. If your suit ends up ripping you have 7 minutes to take the magic wand to patch up the rip. The new space shuttles runs on batteries rather than fuel like the space shuttles in 2013………….
…….It was the night before my trip to the planet Mars. This is the most nervous I have ever been in my life. I trust what scientist has to say about returning back to Earth safely with the space shuttle and the spacesuit but, I am just nervous I am going to be taken away by aliens…..
…..10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1……. BLAST OFF! There is not turning back now!! With the tip of the shuttle pointed to the sky we shoot towards Mars and the arrival destination time is 1 hour and 16mins.
…… And there it appears the big “RED” planet!! Although it is very large and Red there is a lot more water than I would have suspected. Ice caps have melted and many lakes and even oceans were created. This makes me wonder if there is any sign of life as we get closer to the land of Mars. The only way to find out is to get as close as we can to the crust of Mars and explore……
