To show experimentally that light is necessary for photosynthesis. Requirements

:

A potted plant, iodine solution, black paper strip, paper clips, water bath.

One possible null hypothesis could be that there will be no significant difference in redox activity between spinach chloroplasts that are under light and in the dark.
