Objectives
The objective of the project has been identified as follows:
a. To easy access to equipment details as it has search functionality
b. To develop a laboratory inventory system that will store all data inventory (hardware and software) of the computers and other devices in the faculty automatically, and retrieving the computer data.
c. To develop a system that will be able to generate reports based on the data inventory that has been collected.

Scope and Delimitations

This system provided a laboratory computer database which include all the specification of a particular computer and allow the user to view all the information regarding to its features. The system also has an admin and all the user database which allow the user to recover their account in order for them to update their security. The system administrator can view all the user’s logging in and out from time-to-time, has a control to add new feature of a particular computer and save it to the database of the system and can update the computer specification within its feature.
This study delimited in terms of error or detection of a computer. The system will not identify detection if a
