The table no. 1.2 shows that out of 60 nurses working in the Sahid Memorial Hospital 38.6% works in the ICU department whereas 29.5% are from emergency ,31.8% from general ward 6.7% are from cabin and 20% of the nurses works in the Post Op Ward.

The table no . 2.1 shows that the majority of the nurses responded that ingestion of chemical substances as the OP poisoning which was 96.7% and minority of them responded that it is the injection of acid which was 1.7%
