1st step: Open your score in MuseScore
2nd step: Install export plugin to MuseScore
3rd step: Format your score in MuseScore

This is instruction for PIY v.3.0 and higher. Download an update in case you have an older version

1st step: Open your score in MuseScore
To convert your piece of music, you need to be able to open it using the MuseScore opensource music editing application.
You can download it at http://musescore.org/
It can do midi and most other popular formats.

2nd step: Install export plugin to MuseScore iPad plugin iPhone plugin
Right-click the link to plugin, choose Save As and point it to Musescore plugin folder.
In other words download the files and put them into Musescore plugin folder.
On Windows it it is usually located at C:\Program Files\MuseScore\plugins
On Mac you will have to right click the Musescore App and then choose Show Package
Contents

Then put your file to <Musescore App>/Contents/Resources/plugins/
That's it. The plugins will be installed the next time you start MuseScore.

The formating instructions apply if you want to export your scores to iPhone.
You can leave everything as it is for iPad.
Ok, here is your file opened in MuseScore:

Now we need to stretch the score to make it fit on the iphone screen.
First delete all the green return signs:

Now go to Layout -> Page Setting

You need to adjust the width, height and the margins to stretch the score into a one continuous line. It should look like the screenshot on the right
Note the difference in the page size, scaling and margins.
Before applying changes make sure that the score is scaled right and no overlapping or occlusion occurs.

One more thing. Please make sure that "Two Sided"
