LEMON MOUSSE RECIPE

Doing lemon mousse is easy, but you need my recipe for this dessert being delicious. This is a non-expensive dessert that we can associate with a sour flavor or with restaurants. I have been doing this dessert for 3 years especially for Christmas. That’s why you should follow my recipe. I will show you the ingredients, how we mix them, how to organize them and how to serve the dessert.

First I am going to show you the ingredients of my dessert and where to find them. We need lemons (5 are enough), a glass container, a bag of no flavor jelly, ducales cookies, a can of condensed milk and a can of cream milk. Next step is boil the no flavored jelly for 1 minute and then mix it with lemon juice, with cream milk and with condensed milk for 1 minute

After we have this steps done we put in the base of the container a layer of ducales cookies and a layer of our mixture, then again we put another layer of cookies and another layer of mixture. Finally we scratch the peel above the last layer of mixture and we put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Finally when that long hour passes we can take out the dessert out of the refrigerator and then we can cut it into pieces (depending on the guests) and serve it with a glass of water or with a cup of coffee.

I showed you how to make a delicious dessert in four simple steps that are buy the ingredients, mix the ingredients, organize the dessert and serve the dessert. The most important part is that this is for any occasion and that when you do it each of you have to use your taste sense to keep improving in the recipe.

While preheating your oven, prepare the dough! Combine the 2 ¼ cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt in to your small mixing bowl. You won’t be using these right away, just set that aside while you prepare the rest of your dough. Now grab a large mixing bowl, add 2 sticks of butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and beat the four ingredients with your hand-mixer. Once the ingredients are well mixed together, crack the eggs into the mixture, one at a time. Beat the mixture until it is blended enough. Take the small bowl of dry ingredients, and slowly add small amounts into the already blended bowl. What you will be doing is adding a little, then using the hand-mixer to blend, little by little, until the dry mix is gone. Now you have the cookie dough. But wait! You have one last step! You can’t forget the chocolate chips! I tend to add the whole bag when making this dough, but feel free to add as many as you may please! Once you have added…

I prefer checking on it every ten minutes and poking a toothpick in it, making sure…
