When I was a middle school student, I cared too much about my appearance so, I watched a movie Shallow Hal. In the movie, there is a superficial man who always judges other people’s appearance. When he was young, his father passed away and father’s will become his principle in life. Inspired by his father’s will: ‘Hot young tail. That’s what it’s all about’, the father made Hal promise to date only beautiful women. One day, he met an American life coach Tony Robbins and the life coach enabled him to see a beauty inside by hypnotizing Hal. After that, he met a Rose who is slender and beautiful trophy blonde and he started to date her. However, his friend, Mauricio confessed that Hal was hypnotized by Tony Robbins. Hal began to see Rose’s truth that she didn't have any attractive aspect and leaves Rose. The ending of this story is that he realized his true love for Rose and begs for mercy and they reconcile. This movie is a very good example that depicts frankly how we discriminate people because of their height and weight.…

Hollweg decided that the policy of a wholesale-unrestricted attack might keep America out of the war. Due to the weakness of the country at the moment, their best line of defense would be through these unrestricted attacks. Americas “neutral ships” had been moving across the Atlantic bringing in supplies for the allies. This brought Hollweg to the conclusion to use U- boats and use this zone of the Atlantic to sink the ships. Germany later decided to start a commerce war against any nation who traded with Britain. An intense note sent by America informed Germany that they would be held responsible for any sunken ships. Germany angered America,…

The fast boats and long response times of early anti-piracy forces helped the pirates escape. Attacks were mostly at night until the 2000’s when daytime attacks began. Aircraft could sometimes detect and track pirate vessels but identifying a large mother ship that supports small craft operations is difficult since pirates need to be tracked back to their support vessel. Many pirates headed for decoy vessels or towards shore to confuse observers. Once on land it is possible for pirates to blend back into communities since it is usually their home area with many friendly places to hide.…

A “red ocean” describes a marketplace where firms are rigorously competing with each other simply to gain a greater percentage of consumers within the existing marketplace. The Blue Ocean Strategy argues that innovative companies will advance, not by battling competitors, but by strategically creating…
