Second Chance

Second Chance at Second Education Over the years, the amount of people attending colleges has been increasing significantly, and the appeal of wanting to go to a college has been increasing also. The idea of education after high school has been commonly, in the past few years, I was blessed with many opportunities that made me reconsider overcoming my problems and finally end up wanting to attend a college. In the early years of my life, there were many obstacles that pushed me away from wanting to go to college. Primarily, living culture became an issue in my education life. Throughout high school, the challenges of earning good grades and not enough participation in school also made me hesitate if I was even qualified to survive in a college environment. In addition, money became a matter as well, as our family was struggling to meet financial needs. In my senior year of high school, however, many ideas changed me to look at attending colleges in a different perspective. During the second semester of my senior year in high school, I began to feel left out, as all of my friends were applying for colleges. The more my classmates were getting prepared for their new college life, the more I felt isolated from all of them. As my high school years were coming to an end, the desire for wanting to go to college became more and more tempting. Not only my friends have influenced me, but most importantly I would have to say it was my family who pushed me the most to attend a college. As my parents worked every day just to support me and my brother, they also surprisingly had saved enough money for me to attend a college. After experiencing my parents work so hard and putting so much dedication just wanting to put me in a college, I did not have any doubts or regrets of wanting to go to college. With this new mindset, I was determined more than ever to get my post education. Even though it was going to be an enduring process, I saw more of a benefit to my future.
