I’m here to talk on the topic THE SECRET OF LIFE IS NOT ENJOYMENT BUT EDUCATION THROUGH EXPERIENCE.
“First believe in the world that there is meaning in everything.””Knowledge can only be got in one way the way of experience, there is no other way to know”.
These words were uttered by the great Indian saint swami Vivekananda.
Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet, only through the experience of trial and suffering can the soul strengthened, ambition inspired and success achieved. In today’s world we would like to believe that by turning on the discovery channel or finishing the Harry potter novel, we have learnt it all. It’s quite agreeable that we do learn many facts in detail from the media. But what have we committed to memory?
Education is not gained by becoming obsessed with the media. It is gained through experience. In school we are taught a lesson & given a Test in life we are given a test that teaches us a Lesson.
Practice makes a man perfect, we can only read about how to give a speech but it is never as adequate as the experience of it, standing in front to the attentive crowd, conscious of saying the right thing even feeling embarrassed but having done this several times we gain the experience to deal with it & to improve from it. We try saying the speech to ourselves to friends and family before coming here today just to get the experience of it.
Julius Caesar once said “Experience is the teacher of all things”. Great Indian scholars like Adi sankaracharya, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Swami Vivekananda and many others have gained knowledge and wisdom only from their experiences. A man at 60 in turns back at his life, he realizes how much refrained he is & the knowledge he has gained through his experiences. So he is able to guide many others through lives. If
