New opening hotel in the urban core of a large eastern-european city, Bucharest. • Name of the hotel : “Imperial Inn”. • The concerns of a Chief Security which is responsible for the security and loss prevention inside the property’s field are increasingly high. • The new opening hotel is vulnerable to threats of physical harm or financial loss to guests from a variety of criminals. The news and media reports that the streets of the city the hotel operates in are known as being unsafe because of aggressive panhandling, muggings and automobile-related felonies.

• Because the hotels total in exces of 1500 rooms and cater mainly to the convention, corporate and free independent traveler markets, I know that at any given time a large number of the guests are on the streets of the city and that, additionally, because of the public nature of hotels in general, it is likely that criminals could enter the hotel properties seeking victims.
