During the course of this week, I was faced with a lot of challenges. The things I have been learning in this class, I was able to apply those principles to the various situations. There are times when clients can become upset because of the wait time that is allowed before they can get the services but remaining calm, explaining the process thoroughly and giving them the assurance that everything will work out fine in due process usually helps them to calm down.

Change is something that I am comfortable with once I understand why there is a need for change. Recently I had to change my eating habits as my health depended on it.
