Overall, my performance did turn up surprisingly well in both of these tasks and as I got closer to my desired time my self-efficacy gradually increased. My self-efficacy also grew once I saw other classmates performing these exercises successfully giving me some extra confidence (Vicarious experiences). I reached a peak once I was done with the satisfaction that I could perform a task I was highly unconfident of. The reason originally for my low self efficacy in these exercises had to do with that I had previously never attempted a one leg wall squat and had no idea how to maneuver my other leg, additionally the boots that I was wearing did not have much traction which also created some fear and anxiety. Looking back perhaps the boots could have been my way of creating a self-handicap to excuse my possible future failure. My low self efficacy and doubts led to some physiological effects such as I began to mildly sweat and my heart rate began to increase quite rapidly as I was in the process of preparing to try the one leg wall
