1. Introduction to Self-managed learning
Self managed learning is about individuals using their skills to create methods to manage their own learning, about people who come up with their own strategy in learning, taking responsibility of what they learn, how they learn, when they learn, where they learn and why they learn. It helps individuals to set goals and manage their time, develops motivation, avoids stress, it is about decision making, planning and scheduling. As people are different also their level of learning new things can differ as well, people learn things differently, some learn from others, some from their own experience, but it 's necessary to have in mind that people can 't be forced to learn what they don 't want to, every person learn at their own pace.

To enhance the advantages and disadvantages of self-managed learning and how it can be useful in professional and personal life.
3. Approaches to self-managed learning
There are many ways of learning something new in your personal and your professional life. Some of those approaches could be set by the individual himself
