In addition, it is important for both and men and women to find ways to establish positive communication behaviors. It is vital to learn from diverse social groups to avoid misinterpretation and misconception. Lin and Rancer, 2003, both argued the importance of motivation and the desire to learn language skills of another culture. Motivation is the desire or willingness for someone to accomplish something. Both Lin and Rancer believed people need to be motivated to learn language skills to avoid communication issues. There cannot be effective communication between messages without the motivation to learn language skills. Another communication dissimilarities between men and women among diverse culture is Communication Apprehension. These days men and women do not often communicate because their fear to do so. Self-Perceived Communication Competence expertise has their way of evaluating the level. For example, participants at times are given their perception on a scale 1 being strong agree and 5 being strongly disagree (Lin & Rancer, 2003). There are several issues between genders due to the lack of effective communications.
When people cannot seem to comprehend, one another it causes conflict among them. Several issues can arise from the lack of effective communication. It is important for people to develop positive effective communications. Therefore; conflicts would be avoided at a workplace or at home. Many times, a workplace cannot grow and succeed because people do not care enough to communicate.     Have you ever had to communicate important information to a diverse group of people you share unique working relationships with? Carrying the responsibility of managing the day to day operation of a fifty five million dollar medical Distribution Company forces me into communication instances which require care and precision for effective delivery. As an Operations Leader, I am responsible for delivering information to a large group of diverse individuals serving several different employment roles.
