When I think about my own biases, perceptions, attitudes, and beliefs I use to holds about different culturally ethics groups, I definitely have to rethink and correct myself and not stereotype individuals on my thoughts anymore. I always knew mankind was magnificent because we were created and GOD eyes but this course just emphasized just how important human development is. Personality trait, something we inherited from our family members, I know longer get offended when I am told you acts like your grandmamma because I know now that a compliment. In the Western culture the elderly are thoughts to have a special inner strength and they are assumed to be a valuable resource for younger individuals in a family. In many African cultures, reaching an old age is seen as a sign of divine intervention, and the elderly are often call big person’ in our case big momma. Have you ever paid close attention to individuals who are stuck and traffic jam, you might notice some are clam and tolerant whereas others become very inpatient and angry. Wisdom is a timeless quality, is not the same as intelligence, but intelligent is derived from knowledge of the here and now.
Personality is the pattern of psychological and behavioral characteristics by which each person can be compare and contrast with other. Personality is a reflection of a person demeanor about his or her self. This is what personality means the unique pattern of psychological and behavioral characteristic by which each person can be compare and contrast with other people. The four main theoretical approaches to personality are psychodynamic, trait, social-cognitive and humanistic.
The psychodynamic approach was first proposed by Sigmund Freud. Freud assumes that personality arise out of the interplay of various unconscious psychological process. Freud
