I originally wanted to study abroad in Spain but as I was looking into it, the server recommended me Semester at Sea. As I delved into it I fell in love with it. The program consists of a floating university that travels to 11 countries, 13 cities, 4 continents within only 106 days as students simultaneously earn 12-15 credits toward their degree! The cost to study abroad is as much as both of my parent’s income put together. Despite not really having the money to go through with it, I’m going to risk spectacularly. I have a drive to not only learn and experience Semester at Sea but to also motivate people from all walks of life that they too can travel the world. I know it’s possible, I just need to work overtime. I acknowledge that the price isn’t reasonable for my social class but also know it’s a once in a life time opportunity that I’ll regret if I at least don’t try. With great efforts I’m going to apply to as many scholarships as possible and take out a loan for the remaining amount. It will all
