In the case study, the organization should know how to achieve balance with the expectations of domestic tourist, international tourism and the residents in the heritage tourism site. It studied the similarities and differences between the impressions of domestic tourist, international tourism and the residents in international heritage tourism site in the Kampong Taman Sari in Indonesia. Three principal dimensions were also found on the site: Attractiveness, Organization and Novelty. All of the three dimensions should be maintained but if there will be a problem such as facilities, cleanliness and the attractiveness, the organization of the international heritage site must be changed and make other rules and regulations that can improve heritage site. With regard to the impression of international and domestic tourist on the organization of the heritage site, they have similar impression. While the residents have different impression of the heritage site which the residents may have experienced in the site.
