Servant Leadership Strengths
As a true servant leader, my strengths lie in my commitments to others. Based on Strengthsfinder 2.0 my five personal strengths are input, achiever, learner, developer, and responsibility. These strengths can be tied back to the traits associated with servant leadership.
Input. Individuals with talent in this area have a “craving to know more” (Strengthsfinder.com, 2015) by collecting and archiving information. Servant leaders seek to identify and clarify the will of a group and are known to be good listeners. Listening leads to empathy, healing, and awareness which are additional principles of servant leaders.
