It extremely important to ensure your environment is one of inclusion and diversity by incorporating opportunities for minorities, cultural diversity training sessions, encouraging open communication among employees and the community as well as an open-door office policy within all offices.
As I stated earlier, my personal and academic experiences will not contribute to nor guide my development as a leader. This marks the end of my academic studies as I focus on my health issues and quality of life.
In conclusion, this course has given me great insight on the various leadership styles and the type of leader I really am. I will use the servant leadership model to move forward in my spiritual walk as I continue to serve others and gain my fulfillment in seeing others achieve success and independence.
