The service that MRH offers is a specialist service and it is delivered direct to the client’s home. The service is totally customised to the client and the family’s needs; the client is part of the service. The requirements of the client will determine the level of care they receive. However, this alone would not be the only factor for clients to consider. MRH has an excellent history for the level of care that they give clients, and so in a small community verbal recommendation from past clients would be prevalent. The speed and quality that MRH can deliver the service to the client and the level of customisation is an order winner. MRH has a good reputation as a charity and the organisational as a whole is transparent to the public. This is very important in light of what has happened in the past when other charity organisation misused public money. Clients will only associate themselves with a reputable organisation hence this makes MRH an order qualifier when deciding on palliative care.
The number of clients that MRH offer the service to appears to be constant. It is an infinite service, there is no limit to the number of clients that they deal with at any one time.
