"Love The Way You Lie"
(feat. Rihanna)

[Intro - Rihanna:]
Just gonna stand there and watch me burn
But that's alright because I like the way it hurts
Just gonna stand there and hear me cry
But that's alright because I love the way you lie
I love the way you lie

[Verse - Eminem:]
I can't tell you what it really is
I can only tell you what it feels like
And right now there's a steel knife in my windpipe
I can't breathe but I still fight while I can fight
As long as the wrong feels right it's like I'm in flight
High off her love, drunk from her hate,
It's like I'm huffing paint and I love her the more I suffer, I suffocate
And right before I'm about to drown, she resuscitates me
She fucking hates me and I love it.
"Wait! Where you going?"
"I'm leaving you!"
"No you ain't. Come back."
We're running right back.
Here we go again
It's so insane cause when it's going good, it's going great
I'm Superman with the wind at his back, she's Lois Lane
But when it's bad it's awful, I feel so ashamed I snapped
Who's that dude?
"I don't even know his name."
I laid hands on her, I'll never stoop so low again
I guess I don't know my own strength

[Chorus - Rihanna:]
Just gonna stand there and watch me burn
But that's alright because I like the way it hurts
Just gonna stand there and hear me cry
But that's alright because I love the way you lie
I love the way you lie
I love the way you lie

[Verse - Eminem:]
You ever love somebody so much you can barely breathe when you're with 'em
You meet and neither one of you even know what hit 'em
Got that warm fuzzy feeling
Yeah, them chills you used to get 'em
Now you're getting fucking sick of looking at 'em
You swore you'd never hit 'em; never do nothing to hurt 'em
Now you're in each other's face spewing venom in your words when you spit them
You push, pull each other's hair, scratch, claw, bit 'em
Throw 'em down, pin 'em
So lost in the moments when you're in them
It's the

It’s one of those times…. When you are in the weirdest mood for the longest time and no one can get you out… when you are so angry and so sad about everything all at the same time…and you wonder to yourself what the fuck is wrong with you… I just feel like I am so out of it and I have no idea what to do to get back into the swing of things. I’m one of those people who never tells anyone how she feels… she just keeps it inside because she feel sit will only it help her, but it never does. But the problem is… is that that is the only way she knows how to deal with things… so she keeps doing it over and over again… it is great for the moment… you feel like you just put it away and you will never have to talk about it again… but that’s not how it works… because sooner or later after you pile and pile up all your problems and keep trying to shove them all away you burst and you don’t know what to do with yourself even if it has happened to you a millions times over and over again. You realize that you were the person to get yourself to this point because you decided to just push away your problems… which only makes everything even worse because you wish more than anything that you could just be a normal teenage girl and just cry and express your feelings as soon as they pop into your life and your brain before they break you down…. But then you think about it even more and you have no idea where to even begin… so much runs through my head constantly and honestly it’s never really about myself… that’s my problem… I am constantly thinking about how I need to just shut up and not complain about my problems because I know people have so much worse.. I am constantly thinking about the people who have lost their friends and family and their children this year. I think about all the things that people face that are ten thousand times worse than my little childish problems and that’s where I just find myself shoving things away. It sucks because no matter how many close…

    Sex Without Love

"Sex Without Love" was written by Sharon Olds in 1984. Olds approaches her audience by beginning the poem with a blunt question: "How do they do it, the ones who make love/ without love?" (1-2) This is a relatively short poem of only twenty-four lines, but it is a very rich poem in that Olds uses a number of ordinary images to create an elaborate vision of two people having sex without feelings for each other. Olds does not leave the audience with a straight answer to the question even after people generally have conflicting views on this issue. Her sarcastic tone helps convey that sex can happen whether men and women love each other or not, but if it is without love then the two partners have temporarily escaped from the truth. As readers follow through Olds's description of images, we can sense the poet's thoughts on sex between lovers and sex between loveless lovers.…

    Sex and Marriage

Marriage has been one of the most fundamental principals of human society since the beginning of time. Traditionally understood marriage is restricted to two people, particularly a women and a man. Since the nature of marriage is changing with modern times and people are marrying for love not just social needs should the notion that is reviewed by society and this long- confirmed definition be reconfigured and opened in order to make same-sex marriage suitable in society or refuse same-sex marriage? More than half of all people in the United States oppose gay marriage, even though three fourths are otherwise supportive of gay rights. This means that many of the same people who are even passionately in favor of gay rights oppose gays on this one issue (Bidstrup). Many moral controversies revolve around gay marriage such as, marriage is an institution between one man and one woman and gay relationships are immoral. John Corvino rejects the view that homosexuality is immoral in his article, “Why Shouldn’t Tommy and Jim Have Sex? A Defense of Homosexuality.” He responds to two arguments against homosexual sex, that it is unnatural and harmful. Unnatural refers to that which deviates from the norm, from what most people do. Corvino distinguishes various senses of “unnatural” and his overall conclusion in this regard is that homosexual sex is not unnatural in any morally relevant sense. He defends the practice of homosexuality against the charge that is harmful. He takes issue both with the claim that the practice of homosexuality is harmful to those who engage in it and with the claim that others are threatened by it (Mappes). Many people believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman because that is the view installed throughout the Bible. One major notion commonly heard is, God made Adam and Even and that is what binds marriage and morality. Many believe same-sex marriage is immoral but who is permitted to determine the morality of…

George copes with his illiteracy with a positive attitude. An incident happened when George was trying to board a train, but he wasn’t able to because his ticket was only a one-way travel. The ticket master said to him, “read the ticket” and after this incident I believe George’s view toward learning changed. I believe George would have been a great scholar because of how he was able to obtain knowledge by watching and listening. He would even recall life lessons his father and mother taught him as he encountered different situations.…

How do we explain sexuality from God's stand point, when we talk with teens, taming our own desires, and the sexual challenges that face us all? This paper will take you through the four different elements that will guide to a greater understanding of human sexuality, of what God has in store for us. God gave mankind the ability to have sex; his commandments are clear on how to become one with him. Sex is not only for a few moments of pleasure, but a way for husband and wife to become one with God. I intend to explain to you the important benefits you will receive though intimacy, how and why one should abstain from sex until marriage, and how to develop the intimacy back into the marriage.…

    Let's Talk About Sex

Nationally, nearly one million young women under the age of 20 become pregnant each year. That means close to 2,800 teens get pregnant each day (The Annie E. Casey Foundation, 117). A study by the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation shows that approximately four million teens get an STD every year. Experts estimate that as many as one in three sexually experience young people will have an STD by the age of 24 (Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation). So is this because of lack of education about sex or are teenagers just that careless? It could be a mix of both, but lack of sexual education seems to play a big part in this problem. Sexual education should be increased in school because problems like teenage pregnancy and STDs are becoming more of an issue and having more knowledge could help teenagers learn the consequences and risks of irresponsible sexual behavior.…

Currently there is no exact theory to explain why humans curse or why we chose the words we use to define these curse words. Psychologists, linguists, speech pathologists and a number of other researchers have been pondering on such an explanation for some time. According to Jay, (2000), cursing is an essential element of language in linguistics and psycholinguistics that refers to multiple uses of offensive speech. The term cursing is subjected to many ambiguous words such as swearing, obscenity, name calling, insulting, ethnic-racial slurs, vulgarity and slang, (Jay, 2000). These terms will be used interchangeably throughout the paper.…

First you need to recognize how words have the power to create and affect attitudes, behaviors and perceptions. Examine your attitude toward yourself, toward your partner, toward your relationship and toward life in general. If you rated the altitude of your attitude as soaring high, under the radar or grounded, where would you be? Feed your mind positive examples and thoughts about your relationship and keep the lines of communication open between the two of you. Be careful of the words that you say to one another whether it is general conversation, passion or out of anger. Words can make you feel good and they all so can make you feel bad. The words you chose can cause self-esteem issues distrust or hurt to the core. Harsh words can create bad attitudes in a relationship, create unpleasant behavior and the wrong words create perception that you are mean and uncaring.…
