The art of shapeshifting is something that has been practiced in multiple cultures for hundreds of years. It is very easy for humans now days to become myopic and only have the ability to see life through their own perspective. Transforming and shapeshifting is something that can enrich your life experiences, shifting to a bird or even a small rock can give you the ability to see life through another perspective, therefore giving you the ability to clear your head and heart from all prejudices and judgments that can hurt those around you, not including the damage that it can cause you. Alan Bono, a 40 year old from Brookfield Connecticut was stabbed multiple times outside his place of work at around 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 16, 1981. The defense, Arne Cheyenne Johnson claimed he was not guilty due to paranormal activity. Johnson’s wife stated that his mistake was challenging the beast that also possessed her younger brother; she also stated that you are to never challenge the devil. Johnson, along with a pair of well-known investigators were determined to prove that the 19-year-old boy was innocent because he was possessed at the time of the killing. After the third day of the trial the case lost the majority of its interest, most reporters had left. After the 17-hour deliberation, the jury convicted Johnson on 1 count of manslaughter on Nov. 24, 1981. Johnson received the maximum sentence and was released on good behavior. After reading about the Johnson possessed killing case, I see similarities with the Oklahoma Girl Scout Murders; Johnson had been influenced by a “supernatural force” that had caused him to partake in the killing.
