Shaunie Stylez: My Personal Leadership Style
My personal business leadership person I have chosen to who I feel I can say I identity with is Shaunie Stylez. I choose Shaunie because of his inspiring happiness that he portrays on his snapchat story. With his weird, goofy and out of control personality that put a smile on his follower’s darkest days. His snapchats really are the highlight of people’s day; he truly cares about his fans. I have only been only following Shauniee for about a year or less and I instantly say that I was inspired and felt so positive and just a happier person. Shaunie calls his snapchat followers his Man Boy Mafia family that spread nothing but love and positivity. I know this for a face because I went a bit crazy without his snapchats to brighten up my bad days I was having. Once you become a part of his Man Boy Mafia your whole world changes, you feel more enthusiastic. Another leadership style is, he is Transformational. A perfect example of how Shaunie gives back to anyone in need is when he became Santa Shaunnie for Christmas, he went to the store and filled carts and carts of toys for the children whose parents could not afford to buy them a toy for Christmas. He spends his own money on children’s who do not wake up to Christmas with presents underneath the tree, he knows time can be tough and he tries to do what he cans to spread positivity and paying it forward. And that’s what makes him so amazing is that he gives back to those in need and nobody asked him or told me him to do that for someone, he just does things out of the kindness of his heart. Another good example of his thoughtful leadership skill is when one of his man boy mafia members was passing through New Jersey in the middle of the night he let him spend the night in his guest room he likes to call the man boy mafia room. Even though he did not know the guy, he knew he was man boy mafia and was tired from the long drive so he let him spend the night because he did not want him to be driving around on the road in the middle of the …show more content…
I would also share Shaunies snapchat with the rest of the world and get inspired to be more positive and paying it forward. I feel as though through Shaunies snapchat my days are become better and I get into a cheerful mood when I see his name show up when I check me snapchat. I cannot say I remember how I found Shaunie I just know it is like a blessing to have found him and hope that I never lose his snapchat story

    1. Simon Brocklebank Fowler is a great CEO and an even better leader. He can sell anything. Simon obviously has perfected many organizational behavior concepts as he has grown throughout his lifetime even though he did not elaborate on which ones specifically. Simon went to Cambridge, which is a top level secondary school in the UK. Simon ended up switching from a history major to finance and ended up working for a bank. Citigate went from 200 to 2,000 people in 4 years in different countries making this company a global company. By making Citigate a global company, their profits grew significantly in size and increased the brand recognition of Citigate. Simon is a great leader in many ways. When he walks into a room, you can feel his presence. Simon does not only look in the presence, but in the future as well. He told our class, “ask yourself ever year what does success look like in 1 year? How about in 10 years?” Simon knows that the world is always adapting and is telling us we have to adapt with it if we want to be successful. Simon is also always trying to get better.     I have the tendency to not have enough confidence in myself to make decisions without a lot of input from others and permission seeking.     In the investigation of the various characteristics and styles of leadership the emphasis of the style approach is the focus on the actions and behavioral characteristics of the leader. There are two behaviors of the style approach that researchers have observed: task behaviors and relationship behaviors (Northouse, 2007). People who are in roles of leadership should possess both behaviors to be successful in their position and maintain motivation and the quest for achievement in their subordinates.
