When I have completed and passed the courses I have undertaken. Enrol on courses relevant to what I want to improve on as listed. I will need support from my work in relation to helping me & encouraging me to achieve my goal.
Learning resources would be available to me at the library. Sept.

I need to do a first aid course because my last certificate has expired.
When I have undertaken a first aid course. Find out when and where a first Aid course will be taking place. Support will be required from my job to allow me to take part as courses usually take place during the day. Sept.

Improve my admin skills. I.e sending emails, photocopying etc. When I become confident in carrying out basic administration tasks. Observe and ask for help from other members of staff in my setting. eg. Receptionist/ secretary. Support from colleagues. Sept.

Ongoing I want to improve in recording and the logging of assessments in class in relation to the children's progress.
When I can confidently record the information without assistance. By asking my teacher to check over my findings to see if I've completed the findings correctly. Support from my teacher who I support. Sept.
