An exchange of ideas generates a new object to work in a better way. Apart from the ability labor and time devotion, guidance and co-operation are two pillars for the success of a project. Whenever a person is helped or co-operated by others, his heart is bound to pay gratitude to others. A satiation and pleasure that accompany the successful completion of task would be incomplete without the mention of the people who have made it possible and whose consent guidance and encouragement served as a guiding light for the completion of the study.
