The government has agreed to meet some standards when it comes to the workers demands which is increasing the insurance payout. Also, the government promises to hold a memorial, worship the bodies for the workers that were killed. Making sure Sherpas are more than recognized can cause the tension to go down. Instead of giving the credit to just the climber, give the sherpas credit for holding the climbers big/heavy bags for days and nights.Also, giving Sherpas an opportunity for economic advancement. Which means having a high level of gross domestic product per capita, as well as a very significant degree of industrialization. Moreover, Mt. Everest should have a more clean environment that way it doesn’t cause any human health problems and keeps everyone
