I found my favorite sandwich at 7 Spice Grocery and Grill. 7 Spice Grocery is typical international grocery filled with yummy treats one's can not find at local supermarket. But the magic starts when shoppers pass by the aisles of delicacies and reach the back of the store. At the back, the atmosphere completely changes. The drop-in ceiling tiles and fluorescent lights are replaced by nice soft lighting. The store shelves are replaced by dark wood accents and phenomenal ethnic design. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable of the menu. Its that smoky tasting flavor of the grilled lamb that will make one's mouth fill up with water just burning with the temptation to take a bite. The stewed vegetables that brightened up in different exotic colors and arranged in a pattern inside a skewer sitting out on a plate in the waiting to eat. Even after all this is fitted in a sandwich, the smell of the barbecue slowly makes its way around the whole room, making the temptation harder to hide. Then taking a bite as the sauce oozes out of the sandwich, tasting every little part of the kebab with every bite; the beefy taste of the grilled lamb, and the roasted taste of the vegetables and the bitter taste of the hummus gush out of the sandwich.
