Margret is a real estate agent in West Valley,
Utah. She is at a home on Baker Street and is waiting for her clients to arrive. She is going to show them a three-bedroom house.
The house has a large kitchen, lots of closets, and a large backyard. The price of the house is $375,000, which is a good price for the area. Her clients will need to put twenty percent down. The seller has another family that is interested in the house, so Margaret needs to work fast if her clients want the house.
Margaret has another appointment in half an hour, so she can only wait another fifteen minutes for her clients to show up. She is calling them, but there is no answer.
