Crosby Defeats his Enemy

One cold and gloomy day in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania a guy named Sidney Crosby was just having a normal day. Crosby was a enormous and thick guy. He didn’t like it when people would get bullied. His dream was to play professional hockey for the Pittsburgh Penguins. He was always practicing hockey to be as good as he possibly could. He played on a little league team that had won their league five seasons in a row. Sidney's enemy was a fella named Shady McCoy. They play each other every season and it is always a rough game. One day when Crosby had got home from hockey practice, his mom announced, “I have some great news.”
Crosby asked excitedly, “what is the news?”
Crosbys mom exclaimed, “ Scouts from the penguins will be coming to your next game to watch you.”
“Thats
amazing,”Crosby said. The game was about to start and Crosby was very nervous. He knew that if he played the game of his life he could be playing for the Pittsburgh Penguins very soon. Beep! The game began, and five minutes into the game Crosby had already scored and amazing goal. By the end of the game Crosby had a hat trick. The scout came down to Sidney and said, “I would like to offer you a spot on the Penguins.” Crosby said amazed, Yes! It has been my dream all of my life to play for your team.”
When Crosby arrived home, he announced the astonishing news to his family. It was the best news that anyone in his family had ever heard. Pittsburgh’s season was going to be starting in a couple of weeks, and Crosby was going to be starting at forward. The first game was going to be against the Capitals in Pennsylvania. At last it was here, the day of the first game. Crosby had never been more nervous in his entire life. The whole day Crosby prepared, and thought about the game. He even went to the store to buy some new skates for the new season. All of his new teammates were very fun and nice and happy that Crosby was now on the team. The whole world thought Crosby could be the next all star. Crosby knew going into the first game, that he would have to prove himself to everybody that was going to be watching the game.
There was ten minutes until game time, and Mike Sullivan was giving his pregame speech.
Now it was time for the game to start. It was Crosbys first game in the pros, and all he wanted to do was play good and score a goal. Five minutes into the game,Crosby surprised the whole worlds by scoring a goal. Crosby had never been more happy in his life. Crosby was skating around and next thing he knew he was laying on the ice because he had got body checked. He looked at who it was that hit him and it was Shady McCoy. Sidney was so confused, because he didn’t know that he was going against his little league enemy Shady McCoy. Not only were they little league enemies but they would also become enemies now too. These teams would meet again many more times during the lengthy season. After a long and brutal game, the Penguins were able to come away with the dub on the first game of the season. After the game, Mike did his post game speech that soon would become one of the most famous speeches of all time. After he was done with his speech, he announced to all of the players that Shady Mccoy and the Capitals would probably be the toughest team that they would have to
play. As the season went on, the Penguins were having one of their greatest seasons in history. They went undefeated in the whole season and were about to vs the Capitals in the Stanley Cup final. All Crosby wanted to do was to destroy Shady Mccoy. The game was about to start and both Shady McCoy and Sidney Crosby gave each other a evil death stare. Crosby wanted to hit Shady so hard, like when a elephant would hit a ant. Finally, the game had started and both teams were taking the ice. Crosby and McCoy both lined up on the same sides, so Sidney would have many chances to demolish Shady. The sound of the whistle went off, and both Sidney and McCoy skated straight for each other. Sidney sent Shady flying out of the rink and he was out cold. Nobody knew if he was dead or alive because he hadn’t moved a single muscle. Shady had finally got up after about ten minutes, but he was not in good shape. He had a broken spine, broken arm, broken leg, fractured skull, and he tore his ACL. He was told that he would never play the game of hockey again. Crosby felt good about himself after he destroyed Shady and ended the fellas career. Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins took home the dub and won the Stanley Cup Final. The trophy they got was bigger than the pacific ocean. Nobody had ever seen a trophy that big. After the game Crosby got interviewed and was asked a few questions. The first question she asked was, “ How did it feel to end Shady's career?” Crosby answered, “It felt amazing man. Me and Shady have been enemies ever since we were little kids, and he got what he deserved.” The next question the man asked him was, “how was the first season of your career?” Crosby answered in a emotional way, “It felt great playing in the pros for the Penguins. This whole season I was playing for my little sister who just died in a car crash about two years ago. It was one of the hardest things i have ever had to go through, and everyday I play as hard as i can for her.” After the interview Crosby went back to his team so they could announce the MVP. Crosby thought that he had a chance at winning it but he wasn’t too sure. The announcer yelled, “and the winner of the 2017 MVP award goes to Sidney Crosby for his amazing truck on Shady McCoy, and also scoring many of the team's goals.” Everyone in the stands gave Crosby a standing round of applause for what he had done for the team. Crosby had never had this much fun in his great life. Him and his teammates made history in the postseason, and they hoped that they could do it again the next year. The Penguins coach was nice enough to give his team's two days off from practice during the off season. After those two days were up. It was back to practicing six hours a day, five days a week.
