Short Story My Father Came To America
This story begins with my dad at his house talking to his parent about his dream to come to america. When my dad first told his parents they said but then they thought and they wanted their son to have a better life so they let him go but my dad still had a lot of planning to do before he was able to go he still needed to find supplies to be able to make it there. The hard part was making it there because at that time my dad said they just improved there surveillances but my dad said he found a group that would take people halfway but then he was on his own my dad took the opportunity and said yes after that my dad said he bought a backpack and filled it with clothes and food after he got the supplies my dad waited until the day came to go to america when the day came my dad said that they picked him up on a jeep and that they drove really far too a forest. That was the part where he was on his own they said if he saw a cop to hid under a tree my dad told me that he saw a lot of people getting caught and getting driven back. He also said that he hide under a tree for about 2 hours because there was cops just waiting there and he didn't wanna get caught when they finally left my dad went but he got caught he said as soon as he got out of the tree 2 officers came up behind him and handcuffed him and they took him back to mexico .
