Short Story Of Imagination Is Key '
Imagination is Key? Have you ever thought of something that was not really there? In this story, it talks about a lonely boy named Gavin that has a fear of a force that doesn’t actually exist. Will this fear get the best of him?
“Dad, can you drive me home from school today?” Gavin asked his father. His father was too depressed to answer after his wife’s death. The car crash of Gavin’s mother haunting him a few years back before Gavin was even born.
Gavin just went off to school without a reply from his dad knowing that Gavin needs to walk an extra 5 miles home. Before he left, he always remembered to bring his favorite toy, or as he calls it, his lucky charm. This toy has been just a clown doll he got before his mother’s death. It was

Once school ended, he had to walk home, this time when he walked home, he noticed something not normal. He saw something across the street that looked very familiar. It was a very tall clown that looks like his toy.
Gavin stopped in the middle of the streets, staring at the clown thinking, have I seen this on the way to school?
Then all of a sudden, the clown stood there smiling at Gavin in an unpleasant way. Then the clown stood up and started walking towards Gavin. Gavin didn’t know what to do. He started running home like there was no tomorrow.
Once he was home, he looked at his toy clown thinking, does that clown look like my toy. He then came to a conclusion that he would ask his dad to drive him to school, but as usual, his dad didn’t respond. Then Gavin thought he had to take an alternate route.
The next day Gavin walked cautiously to school being aware that the clown was going to appear. He constantly kept looking across the street, making sure that the clown was gone for good. He didn’t see any traces of the clown across the street, then all of a sudden, he was not looking where he was going. He walked straight into the
