Short Story Of Jeremy Hyde: The Terrifying Flight
Jeremy Hyde The Terrifying Flight... Just imagine being on a plane looking out the window, seeing the wing bent and almost torn off. What would you do? What would you say? What would the pilot be thinking? I would be thinking AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! HELP, THE WING IS COMING APART!!!!!!! I DON’T WANT TO DIE!!!!!!!
First of all, they should check every plane before it takes off so nothing bad happens when it gets up to 35,000 feet. In the article by “Yahoo Travel Editors” it said that in mid flight over San Antonio, Texas part of the left wing tore off and the wing bent. Passengers were screaming and yelling “Ahhhhh look the part of the wing flew off.” So the pilots wanted all of the passengers to not die so they called to the San Antonio Airport and told them that their making an emergency landing because part of the wing flew

But instead of the passengers being calm they were screaming and praying to live. When they landed the passengers got off the plane and they put the plane out of service so the incident would not happen again.

The plane inspectors should of seen the bent angle before the plane even took off. At least the plane didn’t crash or it would of been the plane inspectors fault.
Once the passengers saw the a piece of the wing fly off and the wing bent they were screaming and yelling to the pilots and flight attendants. The pilots were not like the passengers screaming they were calm and landed safely in San Antonio. All the passengers got off and the workers put the Southwest Airliner out of service to inspect and fix it so it can fly again.
If you ever are in this situation stay calm and tell the flight attendants or the pilots. If you are ever on a Southwest plane do not think about this story! TRUST ME!!!! That’s All

It was unusually cold on this morning of September 11th, 2001, and my alarm had just went off. The odd but needed 5 am. was when I woke up, because my flight was going to leave around 8:30 and I needed to be there on time. The reason I was flying to San Francisco was I was having a family reunion with my dad, my step-mom, and my step-brothers. So, I jumped in the shower quickly with joy and excitement. I hadn't seen my family in forever since I had gotten a job as the assistant of the manager in Ralph Lauren Headquarters. I had just gotten my hair dried as I heard my phone ring. It was dad, making sure that I was on my way. I talked to him for a few minutes and then hung up. I glanced at the clock and realized…

It was 3 a.m on a Saturday morning. My mother came in to wake us up. It was finally the day I had been waiting for. I had never been so excited to wake up at 3 o’clock in the morning in my life. We had finally arrived at the airport and boarded our first flight to Mexico City. When we had arrived in Mexico we were exhausted from the flight and realized we still had one more three hour flight, then paradise. We went to wait in line to start checking in our bags for our flight. As we were waiting, an hour went by; then, two hours passed, finally, we heard an announcement. We all paused and listened. “Flight 36 to Cancun is cancelled until…

Because I was at the back, I couldn't tell what was going on in the first class section. Three people with red bandannas entered the cockpit. The had left one person outside of the cockpit who was holding something in his hand. After a minute or so, they came back out of the cockpit dragging two bodies behind them. They went back in the cockpit and within a minute we were told from the new pilot that they had a bomb on board. They allowed us to make phone calls. I was the first one to be able to make a call. My parents didn't pick up the phone, so I left a message telling them that my plane had been hijacked. After I left a message, I sat down in my seat and let others…

September 11, 2001 began as a beautiful day with sunshine and clear blue skies. As usual, workers were off on their more commute to their jobs. Whilst students set off to school. The seemingly normal day came to a halt when reports began roaring in that the one of the US landmarks, the North Tower of the world trade center had been struck by an airliner.Smoke billowed among the town while the thuds of bodies could be heard jumping for the 110-story building. On the ground city goers ran seeking safety from this horrific scene. Stunned reporters dubbed the crash as a freak accident. This suddenly changed when only a mere 17 minutes later, a second airliner plowed through the South tower at 9:03 am that morning. Following the second hit, many…

The drawn out elevator ride was almost over. Only eighteen more floors to go and it would be time for him to sit down and rest his body. Suddenly, as the elevator hit the 50th floor, there was a large “boom” and the elevator began to bang violently from side to side. One of the men reached over and pressed the emergency button. As they all sat frustrated and worried waiting for a response, they became incredibly antsy. After what seemed like an agonizing amount of time, the operator informed them frantically that the building was under attack, and the loud “boom” they heard was a plane crashing into the building. The mood of the elevator drastically transformed from frustration to pure fear.…
