If the age were to decrease, purchasing alcohol for underage peers would happen more. It is even possible for a middle school student to obtain alcohol because he or she could have high school friend, and they could persuade he or she to buy alcohol. Then if middle school students have alcohol younger kids would be willing to try alcohol. If the age were to drop it creates a trickle- down effect a continuous cycle. The simpler the access, the more frequently it would be consumed which could cause serious effects on the liver, brain, or even the heart. There is violence that occur with people who drink. More situations become dangerous because a person is drinking and could cause a negative outcome such as jail. Accidents occur while drunk and plenty of people have died because of it. If a person where to start drinking at that young age it could possibly cause he or she sooner to get addicted to alcohol, and if able to get addicted to alcohol it could lead to get addicted to other solicited drugs.
