Should Kids Get Paid For Chores Research Paper

Kid’s shouldn’t have to be paid for chores. Mostly because they shouldn’t be greedy. They should do chores to keep the house they live in clean. In my opinion kid’s don’t have to get paid, I feel they are just wanting money for a video game or want it because of the time it took to do them. Some kids don’t have things to do at home. Most of them won’t be missing anything then. They could start doing something by doing chores. Getting bored isn’t fun at all, cleaning the house or doing something outside won’t hurt. Cleaning the house should make the child proud because the house will now be cleaner. Cleaning the house is also helping the parent. Now they won’t have to do many things when they get home from work. This also means the child
can spend more time with their parents. And now that it’s clean and less things to do there can be more family time. Doing something new won’t be that bad. The kids shouldn’t be disappointed if there’s no money involved. The kid should just think that the next day there won’t be many or any chores at all. Doing chores can also help for when you’re getting ready to move, it can get the child prepared for the real world. Just doing a couple of chores a day won’t hurt but that doesn’t always mean there’s money involved. Now there is always another side to a story. Some kids think they should get money and maybe they should. Some might want more than a couple of dollars because they raked or possibly even mowed. Maybe plans are already set to go to the movies but now they’re canceled. People will think what they want but in my opinion children don’t need a lot of money.
