Should schools have a dress code? A lot of people say schools should have a dress code. There are lots of things kids try to wear to school and should get dress coded for. Kids and teens should not be allowed to wear too-short shorts and shirts with bad language or inappropriate messages. There really is no point for it. A dress code basically is a school rules saying stuff like “No shorts should be shorter than how long your arms go” or “The shirt has to be two or three fingers long”.
